Craigslist.org Housing Section

On a brief jaunt into "my housing is too expensive" mind frame, I started looking for places on craigslist to see what was out there. Unfortunately almost everywhere is more expensive than my place, unless you want to live in a gutter somewhere, or rockville, which is basically the birthing place of all chains. I'd miss my local bars and restaurants there! Anyways, LM and I have some major beef to take up with craigslist as the section for housing is detestable. Some pet peeves include:

• People who live north of petworth metro and still claim they are in columbia heights
• When Washington, DC is listed as location
• When no price is listed
• When a price for only one person is listed as the whole property's price
• Postings of community developments that give you the low end of the price range and use html
• No pictures
• Spammers who happened to take their house keys with them to nigeria for helping hearts and want to "mail" you the key after you've given them a deposit check
• Location: Washignton DC, the but posting is of Arlington/Gaithersburg 
• Spelling UNited States
• No pets allowed
• When people put "small room" -- seriously why would I want a small room?
• Houses with 4+ roommates, that's 3 too many.
• Postings for Rockville that are actually Shady Grove
• When Close To Metro actually means 3/4-10 miles from metro or a 10 minute drive.
